• Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking
• Preferred minimum 1-2 year experience in external audit industry
• Able to work independently and can embrace a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in tax and accounting knowledge will be added advantage

Auditor:

• Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments in accordance with auditing standards.
• Perform risk assessment and evaluate internal controls of clients.
• Review financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Identify, document, and report audit findings, risks, and control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit working papers and ensure proper audit documentation.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and supporting documents.
• Provide recommendations to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, MFRS, MPERS).
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and management letters.
• Collaborate with team members and support senior auditors in complex engagements.
• Keep up-to-date with professional knowledge, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and special reviews as required by management.
• familiarity with aBot audit software will be an advantage.

  Account:

  • Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process payments, invoices, receipts, and payroll transactions.
  • Ensure timely submission of SST/GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for clients.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance of assigned clients.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on clients’ behalf.
  • Provide advisory support on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Assist in system implementation, process improvements, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and financial analysis as required by clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and provide updates.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. (pivot table, Sorting & filtering, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
