The appointee(s) will be assigned to the Centre’s Central Operations Team, and will be required to perform shift duties, including beyond office hours, over-night, weekends, and public holidays. Monthly shift allowance will be provided. Duties include (a) performing infrastructure service desk functions to take care of incident management and request fulfilment; (b) monitoring networks and various systems, fault reporting and escalation according to standard operation procedures; (c) performing network, hardware system, and data centre infrastructure routine checks and troubleshooting; and (d) performing daily operation tasks, such as asset management in data centre, entrance request handling, job submission, data backup, report generation, cable patching and other network/systems/data centre housekeeping works.
Applicants should have (i) a Diploma/Certificate, preferably in Computing or related subjects, from a recognised university or technical institute; (ii) experience in network, systems or data centre operations; (iii) a positive attitude towards observing disciplinary codes of shift duty; and (iv) good communication and interpersonal skills.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognised University or technical institute; (ii) registered as a Medical Laboratory Technologist under Part II or above of the Register of the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board in Hong Kong; and (iii) a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board. Having work experience in histopathology laboratories or molecular laboratories is preferred.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The appointee will work in the School’s Tseung Kwan O Learning Centre, and will be responsible for (a) providing technical and end-user support in computer hardware, software and e-learning facilities; (b) performing daily operation and maintenance duties on Windows, Mac and Linux servers/workstations; (c) performing administrative work, including procurement and compiling management reports for users; and (d) performing other duties as assigned. Shift duty on Saturdays will be required.
Applicants should have (i) a Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, or related disciplines from a recognised university or technical institute; (ii) experience in hardware and software installation and administration on Windows/Linux/Mac environments; (iii) knowledge of firewall, VMware infrastructure and backup solution; and (iv) good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of eLearning support and education related systems will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates shall also be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a computer skill test.
