Senior HR Executive for a global professional services firm based in Klang, Up to 6k Your new company A global professional services firm supporting customers across Asia and one of the top firms in Malaysia. What you'll need to succeed Based in Klang, this role will be required will be a HR generalist tasked to lead the hire to retire process. From managing 3rd party search firms for qualified talents in Malaysia to improving the onboarding process, leading performance management processes, managing IR/ER and engagement activities, processing monthly payroll and more for one of the business units of slightly below 100 staff. You will be a sole contributor in this business unit and work alongside your HR team members and COE team who are based across Malaysia. This role is suitable for talents that are currently a sole contributor displaying independent, self-starter and pro-active attributes to learn new things and is looking for career progression. Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Assist with monthly payroll computation (incorporating KPI bonuses or performance adjustments), OT calculations, and ensure timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (LHDN).
Employee Relations: Act as a main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding performance feedback, policies, and workplace guidelines; assist in organizing performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
