Employee Relations & Store Support• Build strong relationships with retail employees and management• Support employee engagement initiatives• Provide practical HR advice to store managers• Understand operational challenges by working closely with retail stores• Promote a positive and collaborative working culture________________________________________4. Training & Organizational Development(Future Development Opportunity)• Support the development of training materials and SOPs• Work with management to identify training needs• Assist in improving onboarding and staff development programs• Contribute ideas for future learning and development initiatives• Help establish career development pathways as the business expands
