Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees across various work schedules, including shift operations.- Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports, including PCB, CP8D, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PTPTN, Tabung, Haji, HRDF, ASB and CP21.- Administer expatriate payroll, tax-related documentation and statutory compliance where applicable.- Verify payroll data, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and leave records.- Maintain payroll records, employee master data and payroll documentation.- Respond to payroll-related enquiries and provide support to employees and internal stakeholders.- Assist in payroll reconciliation, month-end closing and audit requirements.- Support payroll policy reviews, process improvements and payroll system enhancement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory requirements.- Perform other payroll and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll practices and statutory requirements.- Experience handling statutory submissions such as PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and CP8D.- Experience with expatriate payroll and tax administration is an advantage.- Familiarity with FlexHR or other payroll systems is an added advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.- Responsible, analytical and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
