• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design software

• Familiar with social media trends and platform.

• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (Malay is a bonus)

• Creative, organized, and able to work independently

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for socia media platform.

• Create educational product videos and behind-the-scenes content.

• Capture showroom highlights, installations, and customer testimonials.

Product Storytelling

• Turn technical product features into simple, relatable customer benefits.

• Write engaging captions, scripts, and product stories.

• Explain why customers should choose premium products through real-life scenarios.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media platforms.

• Stay on top of trends and create timely, engaging content.

• Build an active online community by interacting with followers.

Creative Production

• Plan content calendars and campaign ideas.

• Organize product shoots and lifestyle photography.

• Work closely with the sales team to create content around new arrivals and promotions.

Brand Building

• Collaborate with interior designers, KOLs, influencers, and installers.

• Showcase real customer projects and before-and-after transformations.

• Help position Mandi B.P. as Malaysia's trusted bathroom and kitchen specialist.
