Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in handling major pharmacy, retail chains or general trade accounts.
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent planning, forecasting, and organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a high level of initiative.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage annual business plans and account strategies for assigned key customers in alignment with company and Brand Principle objectives.
Drive and achieve sales revenue and profit KPIs as set by the organization.
Lead planning, execution, and post-evaluation of trade and consumer promotion activities to boost sales and in-store presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through effective collaboration, regular business reviews, and solution-based proposals.
Negotiate trading terms and joint business plans with customers to maximize value and ensure win-win outcomes.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Merchandisers or Consumer Advisors to ensure excellent outlet coverage and execution standards.
Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Manage trade spending and operational budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to support seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist when setup or dismantle of Events or Promotions.
