Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and willing to work 6 days per week.
- Able to assist customers with vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair enquiries.
- Able to prepare service quotations, repair orders, and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle concerns.
Perform vehicle walk-around inspections with customers.
Explain recommended maintenance and repair work in a clear and professional manner.
Prepare repair orders, quotations, and obtain customer approval before work commences.
Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and completion status.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
