Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Automotive Industry, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, and Business & Administration with related spare parts or automotive battery related field.

• At least 5-8 years of sales working experience. Sales leader experience will be an added advantage.

• Selling skills required. Spare parts, automotive battery and automotive tires. Technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

Extreme Market Place Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group)is looking for Assistant Manager, Sales. This role will be based atSegambut.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Central and East Coast area.

• Ensure to meet annual sales budget (Auto Plus & Distributor Brand): Responsible for the sales in meeting the sales target monthly with effective dealers network.

• Streamlining and mapping customers base: To support management in streamlining customers base by assessing their performance half yearly and recommend action plan.

• Provide regular market and competitors information in monthly reporting: To provide and support the sales teams as well as management with accurate market information, feedback and competitors activities.

• Ensure sales collection efficiency: To monitor and assist Credit Control department on collection for receivables within credit terms promptly for area of responsibility.

• Ensure clearance of slow moving stocks: To support inventory in clearance of slow moving stocks in area of responsibility.

• Provide market demand info in supporting the management stock planning & ordering: To assist and support Inventory department in managing the stock planning and ordering for all related products.
