Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting is an added advantage.

Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Assist with data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and accounting records.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice checking, payment tracking, and customer/vendor records.

Assist in bank reconciliation, supplier statement reconciliation, and e-commerce or platform settlement reconciliation.

Help maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Support the finance team in preparing simple reports, schedules, and summaries.

Assist with checking and matching invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and payment records.

Follow up on outstanding documents or payment-related matters when required.

Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
