· Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Relevant experience in audit, compliance, internal controls, financial operations, or accounting is preferred.

· Strong understanding of financial controls, documentation requirements, and compliance principles is an advantage.

· Experience with SAP, Excel Macros/VBA, Power Query, RPA, or AI-enabled finance solutions is highly desirable.

· Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of documentation and data while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to identify risks, challenge assumptions appropriately, and make well-supported recommendations based on facts and evidence.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

· MBA, CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualification is preferred.

· Review and approve marketing customer claims by validating that supporting documentation is appropriate, complete, accurate, and sufficient to substantiate the claim.

· Assess claims against established guidelines, policies, operational controls, audit requirements, and SOX control requirements.

· Apply sound professional judgment and skepticism when evaluating the reasonableness, business justification, and validity of claims and exceptions based on available facts and supporting evidence.

· Identify documentation gaps, control deficiencies, and potential compliance issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner.

· Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails to support review conclusions and ensure compliance with applicable governance and control requirements.

· Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes, controls, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and data quality.

· Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to address queries, clarify requirements, and facilitate the timely closure of outstanding claims and issues.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of compliance review methodologies, processes, and controls.
