Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Brand / Marketing or a related discipline with minimum working experience in branding and creative field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in branding from planning, strategy and ideation to execution.

  • Experience in supporting creative idea generation and assisting with the development of structured, professional proposals

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Experience in managing a team, good leadership skills, can work independently

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong writing and analytical skills

  • Experience with social media, SEO tools and modern data analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of campaigns to support Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) and its subsidiaries’ brand awareness and brand recognition.

  • Assist in driving regular idea generation sessions and creating comprehensive proposals for upcoming brand initiatives and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and business units to ensure execution of MAG brand vision and strategy is aligned across the Group’s channels and markets.

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring budgets with an aim to maximise cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI) of branding activities.

  • Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MAG and its subsidiaries’ brand value proposition and strategy are consistently executed across the Group.

  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments by utilising the information to generate creative ideas, materials, templates, and collateral for the Group.

  • Partner with the advertising agency and research team to gather and analyse data to report on brand growth.

  • Track and monitor trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace to stay ahead of competition.

  • Track, monitor, measure, and report performance of all branding campaigns and awareness to assess ROI.

  • Assist in implementing the right media and public relations mix for campaigns.

  • Handle required administrative duties and paperwork to support the smooth day to day operations of the department.
