Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with guidance from the team.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage).
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
Support the accounting team in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Assist in updating and maintaining accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Assist in organizing and filing accounting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Support the preparation of tax-related documents such as SST and WHT where applicable.
Support in processing staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers.
Assist in checking staff reimbursements and maintaining petty cash records.
Gain hands-on experience in full set accounting and financial operations within a group environment.
Learn about internal control processes, accounting systems, and financial reporting standards.
Participate in finance meetings, training sessions, and system implementation initiatives.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects assigned by the Finance/Account Manager.
