High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and calmly.
Patience and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Willingness to develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on product or service improvements.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding and can maximize their value.
