Education: Minimum SPM; however, a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or LCCI is highly preferred.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! We value a "can-do" attitude over years of experience.

Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage for client communication.

Skills:Basic understanding ofDouble-Entry Bookkeeping.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Sum functions).

• High level of accuracy—you are someone who catches the small errors others miss.

Account Support: Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts (General Ledger, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliations).

Compliance: Help ensure all client documentation meets the latest MFRS/accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Data Management: Accurate data entry into our accounting software to ensure timely month-end closing.

Client Liaison: Occasionally communicate with clients to collect missing documents or clarify entries.

Growth: Participate in internal training sessions to master financial statement preparation.
