Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning, Calendar & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales and brand awareness. Manage marketing calendar for launches, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with production and stock readiness. Handle campaigns from planning to review.
2. Brand, Communication & Trust Management
Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines with focus on safety and nutrition. Manage customer feedback and maintain consistent, trusted messaging.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Management
Manage social media, website, and ads. Oversee content such as product info, nutrition, and parenting materials. Monitor performance and improve campaigns. Manage influencer collaborations.
4. Creative & Marketing Materials
Prepare clear creative briefs and coordinate closely with designers, printers, and vendors to produce marketing materials such as packaging support materials, educational brochures, retail displays, POSM, and digital assets. Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure accurate, safe, and appealing representation of baby food products.
5. Partnerships, PR & External Coordination
Work with agencies, media, healthcare professionals, and partners to support campaigns and brand exposure. Willingness to travel for business purposes to engage in face-to-face discussions and negotiations with suppliers, service providers, and key clients to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
6. Cross-Functional & Operational Coordination
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, R&D, and Sales to ensure campaigns match production capacity and product availability.
7. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness
Ensure all marketing follows food safety, baby food regulations, halal requirements, and approval processes.
8. Budget Management & Cost Optimization
Manage the marketing budget within approved limits while actively identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization. Demonstrate a strong commitment to controlling company expenditure by negotiating favorable terms with vendors without compromising on quality. Track key performance metrics including ROI, sales impact, and customer engagement.
9. Daily Marketing Operations & Team Support
Oversee daily marketing activities and ensure all ongoing campaigns and promotions are executed accurately and on schedule. Provide support to team members during peak periods or urgent deadlines. Adjust marketing plans proactively when facing operational challenges such as production delays or stock shortages.
10. Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
