At least 6 years of working experience in property industry with minimum 3 years managerial experience is required for this position.

Conduct in-depth competitor analysis for all projects prior to official launch, including preparing briefings and presentations to management on key findings and insights.

Perform comprehensive market research and maintain databases covering the property sector, demographics, economic indicators, and relevant industry developments.

Carry out feasibility studies and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making before sales launches.

Develop, recommend, and execute effective pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and project positioning.

Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies, programmes, and activities leading up to project launches.

Manage the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant channels.

Liaise with panel banks to structure and coordinate end-financing packages for purchasers.
