Technical Proficiency:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.

Industry Knowledge:

Prior knowledge of Pokémon TCG and Bandai TCG (One Piece, Digimon, Dragon Ball & Union Arena) is highly preferred.

Education:

Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the hobby industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management:

Facilitate the end-to-end procurement process by logging retailer orders and consolidating requirements for submission to principal companies.

Financial Documentation:

Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely submission to retail partners.

Logistics & Fulfillment:

Oversee the lifecycle of physical stock, including product receiving, systematic sorting, and efficient dispatch to retailers.

Event Support:

Provide operational assistance for official TCG events and tournaments as required by management.

Inventory Handling:

Actively participate in stock movement; candidates must be physically fit to manage warehouse and distribution tasks.
