Responsibilities
E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for a result-driven TikTok E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our TikTok Shop performance. This role is responsible for driving sales through strategic planning, campaign execution, affiliate management, and live optimization — with clear ownership of revenue targets and performance KPIs.
Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign setup
Plan and execute TikTok marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth (GMV)
Develop and manage campaign calendars (e.g. platform campaigns, mega sales, live events)
Source, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates/creators to drive affiliate sales performance
Work closely with live hosts to plan content, scripts, and promotional flow to maximize live sales conversion
Basic understanding of TikTok Ads or willingness to learn and manage paid advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, ROI), and continuously optimize results
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale TikTok sales performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Own and be accountable for achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
Social Commerce & Sales Executive
We are looking for a result-driven Social Commerce & Sales Executive to drive sales through KOL/KOC collaborations and live commerce platforms. This role covers end-to-end execution from partnership development, campaign planning, negotiation, to lead conversion and sales closing.
Identify, approach, and onboard KOLs/KOCs and live commerce platforms for collaboration
Plan and execute live commerce campaigns, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and sales approach.
Negotiate commercial terms with KOLs, agencies, or platforms (e.g. commission structure, pricing, bundles, marketing support)
Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of live sessions or group buy campaigns (timeline, assets, stock readiness, briefing, etc.)
Manage and follow up on leads generated from live sessions or campaigns, and actively convert them into sales (closing)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROI), and continuously optimize strategies
Build, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline/database of KOLs, KOCs, and partners
Track and report performance against sales targets and KPIs.&
