Position : Supply Chain Executive

Competency:

• Relevant working experience in procurement field

• Specializing in Procurement and Purchasing

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, strong character, outspoken and independent.

• Proficiency in English

• Candidates must possess at least Degree

• Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office

• Experience with LMW and custom procedure related to LMW

• Responsible for Procurement and Purchasing.

• Source for new potential suppliers / vendors to Improve supply base

• Evaluate specification of purchase requisition and review quotation for selection

• Follow up on the purchasing process with the suppliers for on-time delivery

• Resolving disputes and claims with suppliers and vendors

• Assist in the implementation or enhancement

• Responsible for LMW, monthly reporting, submission of application for new production, new subcontractor

Authority:

• Liaise with Custom personnel, attend to custom visits
