Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field

• Strong interest in content creation & social media

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu trends

• Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)

• Creative, proactive, and willing to try new ideas

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days at retail stores, 2 days work from home)

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Comfortable speaking or appearing on camera

• Interest in fashion / retail content

• Basic photography or videography skills

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation, especially for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.

This role is focused on producing engaging content, supporting shoots, and bringing ideas to life — not administrative work. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and store traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (Main Focus) - Assist in creating short-form video content (Reels, IG, FB, TikTok, XHS)

• Participate in brainstorming content ideas based on trends, campaigns, and products

• Support in filming and directing simple shoots (in-store / studio / lifestyle)

• Help edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar apps

• Assist in creating basic visual content (posts, carousels, simple graphics)
