Responsible for monitoring and updating daily attendance for all agency workers, including foreign workers and part-timers, with proper documentation of medical leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, and absenteeism. Escalates prolonged absences and unresolved issues to the Administration Manager, and ensures weekly attendance confirmation. Oversees accurate record-keeping for audits, supports departmental activities impacting KPIs, and participates in DC event coordination. Manages incoming stock verification against purchase orders, reporting discrepancies promptly. Ensures compliance with GDPMD under the Medical Device Act 2012 and GDP procedures in line with NPRA guidelines.
Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in a warehouse or operational environment. However, Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
Possess good communication and data & reporting skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
