Create, facilitate and support standard work and technical training practices.
Validate technical training effectiveness through the audit process.
Perform training needs analysis and establish training matrix.
Develop training module and monitor training plan for employees (technical personnel).
Maintain relevant training records for employees (technical personnel).
Provide support and documentation expertise to initiatives (edit standard work documentation, oversee training/retraining, and provide suggestions on what training tools would be most effective) as necessary.
Ability to manage projects and work in a cross functional team.
Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the department.
Develop teaching aids, such as multimedia visual aids, or study materials.
Present lectures and conduct discussions to increase worker knowledge and competence.
