Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cook in a hospital, medical centre, healthcare facility, hotel, catering, or institutional food service environment.
