Due to business expansion, we are looking for Junior Carpenters / Carpenters to join our JB factory team.Job Responsibilities- Carry out carpentry fabrication works at our JB factory- Fabricate cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, storage cabinets, display cabinets and other custom carpentry works- Follow drawings and measurements provided by the supervisor- Carry out cutting, edging, assembly and installation preparation- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely- Assemble and prepare carpentry components for delivery to Singapore project sites- Check dimensions, workmanship and quality of completed items- Complete daily production work according to instructions from the supervisor- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentRequirements- Previous experience in carpentry, furniture or cabinetry fabrication is preferred- Familiar with basic carpentry fabrication processes- Experience in cutting, edge banding and cabinet assembly is an advantage- Able to read basic carpentry drawings is an advantage- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn- Able to work well as part of a team- Experienced carpenters can negotiate salary based on skills and experience- Candidates without experience but who are willing to learn are also welcome to applyWork LocationJB Carpentry Factory — No. 25, Jalan Riang 20, Taman Gembira, 81200 Johor BahruThe main role is factory-based carpentry fabrication.
