Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and Malaysian labor laws.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for approximately 100 employees.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations in Malaysia.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Support management in developing and executing HR strategies that contribute to business objectives.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Handle payroll processing and related statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.

Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and wages.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
