Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and CapCut.) or similar tools

• Experience with AI design tools is an added advantage

• Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Understanding of branding: Familiar with brand guidelines and messaging, and able to translate them into strong visual elements

• Experience in the beauty industry, or strong passion for beauty and cosmetics, is a plus

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

 Job Overview

GLAMPICK ADN BHD is seeking a creative and innovative AI Creative Designer to join our growing beauty brand. You will leverage AI tools and design expertise to create impactful visual content across multiple platforms, supporting marketing campaigns and brand development.

 Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools (e.g. Midjourney,Lavart, Photoshop AI, Claude, Higgsfield and etc…) to generate creative visuals

• Conceptualize and design original visuals for packaging, advertisements, social media, and in-store displays

• Ensure brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align with brand strategy and business objectives

• Design digital marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, and campaign creatives

• Edit, retouch, and enhance images for promotional use

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, and emerging technologies

• Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
