Requirements:
Minimum SPM
Able to speak and read Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Process and verify customer orders accurately.
Assist customers with product enquiries, order status updates, delivery-related questions, and other customer service requests.
Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent customer service and resolving enquiries promptly.
