Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Customer service or related field preferred.

1+ years of experience in customer service.

Good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay and English language.

Strong empathy to understand the emotional needs.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and any online platform in a timely and professional manner.

Process customer orders, ensure accurate order entry and issue air waybills from Shopee and Shopify.

Follow up on customer orders, delivery status and payment matters.

Handle customer complaints, product feedback and return requests, and coordinate with the QA team for investigation when necessary.
