Knowledge of IT systems, web portal software, or manufacturing-related solutions. Prior experience in ERP / MES / IoT / System Integration is a significant advantage.

Independent, responsible, and demonstrates strong ownership of tasks in problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, especially when dealing with customer needs with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Directly report to the Sales Manager, with occasional participation in DevOps discussions.

Expand the customer base by identifying and securing new key accounts.

Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, both on-site and online, handling project-related work.

Understand customers’ business models and translate their needs into technical requirements for the development and operations teams.

Provide timely response resolve customer activities and work together with Project and Technical team to delivery excellent work
