Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Professional's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of working experience relevant to construction especially in high rise building and factory would be added advantage

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

• Understanding of construction plans, technical requirements, construction procedure and building quality standards

• Familiar with electrical, network, base building, blocking requirements for project implementations

• Computer literate and excel in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office

• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects would be added advantage

Responsibility

• Responsible for inspecting and monitoring station building construction, competent about site construction and keeping an eye on key components and procedure

• Responsible for checking and verifying all plans, coordinating design and planning works & construction drawings with all relevant parties

• Oversee all technical aspects, engineering and construction activities according to project planning

• Provide technical advice and resolve issues arises during construction work

• Maintain daily work logs systematically, collect data accurately and report on weekly inspections

• To supervise the site construction works to ensure that all works of the project are carried out in accordance with requirements, drawings and project time schedule

• To liaise with Project Manager, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architect, Site Supervisor, and other relevant parties on matters in relation to on-site construction work
