Job Purpose/Objective:
• Accountability as Supply Chain strategic function in responsible portfolio and project both in
commercial and operational management to ensure smooth projects’ execution.
Key Accountabilities /Responsibilities:
• To take lead to execute sourcing strategy from Regional and CoE.
• To represent Supply Chain in the meetings with internal stakeholders and external
stakeholders.
• Responsible to manage the Supply Chain budget / cost (LOE hours, hardware cost, travel
cost, transport cost and subcontracting cost) for the portfolio or project to achieve targeted
hard saving.
• Responsible to analyze the Supply Chain cost for the portfolio/project, identify the risk and
mitigate the risk, identify the opportunity and threats.
• Responsible for strategic supplier development (identify and qualify suppliers in APAC AVL)
for the portfolio/projects.
• To drive, establish and maintain frame agreements activity within the portfolio with key
suppliers.
• To be the SC responsible in tender activities for Procurement Cost and Supply Chain LOE.
• Manage Make vs Buy strategy within the portfolio and support portfolio execution strategy.
• To manage and control procurement activities including sourcing, RFQ, bidding evaluation,
budget confirmation, supplier selection, PO status and suppliers’ delivery within
portfolio/project and are complying to Aker Solutions policy and procedures.
• To coordinate procurement activity of the portfolio / project with Commodity Leads
• To provide necessary support to the Commodity Leads and buyers on procurement
execution of the portfolio projects.
• Responsible to review and approve BRS (cost, lead time, AVL and risk) prior PO approval.
• Manage issue highlighted by internal and external stakeholders in portfolio / projects.
• To coordinate with Commodity Leads in maintaining procurement information accuracy
(contractual delivery date, forecast delivery date, site need date, standard
supplier lead time, standard price, schedules and etc.) within portfolio / projects.
• To periodically review Order Progress Report (OPR) with Material Planner and/or Project
Planner and take necessary actions when required.
• Supply Chain risk management for portfolio / project.
• To take on Commodity Lead / Buyer task when needed.
• As necessary, perform other duties that require essentially the same level of skill and
responsibility.
• Support company sustainability agenda.
Qualification, Experience, Abilities and Knowledge :
Qualifications
• Minimum a degree in any Engineering, Supply Chain or Management discipline
Experience
• Minimum 5 years as a senior buyer / procurement lead relevant supply chain role, preferable
in international Oil and Gas experiences
