• xperience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in precast manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of concrete casting. Ability to read basic engineering/production drawings.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and distribute tasks effectively among a large team of general workers and operators.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Precast Production Supervisor to assist in overseeing our daily manufacturing and casting operations. You will manage shift workers, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure that our concrete casting schedules are met on time without compromising quality. If you have experience in precast manufacturing / civil construction, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production & Casting Oversight: Manage daily production lines to ensure the casting schedule is strictly followed and output targets are achieved efficiently.

• Casting & Demoulding: Supervise the entire concrete fabrication process, including casting products based on engineering drawings, concreting, and safe demoulding (removal of side formers and panels).

• Quality & Rebar Inspection: Coordinate and arrange joint inspections of reinforcement bars (rebars) and formwork molds prior to pouring concrete to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Manpower & Training: Efficiently distribute shift workers across the production floor, monitor their performance, and ensure operators are adequately trained for their tasks.

• Safety & Environment: Enforce company safety rules and regulatory standards to drive a "Zero Accident" working culture. Conduct weekly safety toolbox briefings for floor staff.

• Housekeeping & 5S: Ensure the production floor and casting yards are continuously kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily production logs and progress reports to upper management.
