Job Description:
• Evaluate and prepare progress payment to subcontractors.
• Prepare final measurement including update measurement with variations from time to time.
• Prepare progress payment claim and variation orders.
• Prepare progress report, material schedule and budget.
• Prepare payment certificates.
• Verify materials requisition.
• Monitor material requisition for the up-to-date work progress.
• Review quotations submitted by subcontractors.
• Attend regular progress meetings.
• Assist the Contract Manager in preparing tendering.
• Verify subcontractor claims.
• Prepare and submit progress payment, V.O., and claims.
• Prepare Final Accounts.
• Specific responsibilities as outlined in the company’s ISO 9001 : 2015 procedures.
• Others work as requested by the immediate superior.

Contract Basic : 12 months
Monthly Salary: RM2000.00

SOCSO & EIS Contribution
Candidate must be a bachelor's degree holder
