Accounting assistants record and report ticketing accounting situations to the accountant they work with, verify deposits and prepare daily reports and income. They arrange authorised refund vouchers, maintain the returned check accounts and communicate with ticketing managers concerning any ticketing systems issues.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage work construction schedule, resources planning and working schedule to monitor sub-contractor work.

- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.

- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.

- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.

- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.

- Ensuring project is on track and within budgets.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years experience in similar field.

- Conversant in Primavera software

- Good written and interpersonal skills.

- Able to apply critical path method techniques and sound knowledge in construction sequence.

- Good understanding of procurement, engineering and constructive activities.

- Willing to work at Betong, Sarawak.

• Manage production budgets and keeping detailed records.

• Monitor and evaluate quarry production performance.

• Oversee quarry operation and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

• Monitor and plan quarry maintenance.

• Oversee staff activities, either in one site section or throughout an entire site

• Ensure the safety of quarry operation.

• Ensure that operations and equipment comply with health and safety requirements.

• Others work as assigned by immediate superior.
