Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related structural engineering field.

• Software Fluency: Highly proficient and fluent in BIM software, specifically Tekla Structures and/or Revit (Candidates with only 2D AutoCAD experience will not be considered).

• Industry Experience: Direct experience working within the Precast Concrete Industry is strong advantage.

• Working Style: Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules, manage pressure, and deliver precise results on time.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Precast Detailer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming civil engineering concepts into highly accurate 3D models and production drawings. If you have a strong grasp of reinforced concrete detailing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• 3D Modelling & Detailing: Create and develop accurate 3D models and shop/production drawings for precast concrete structures utilizing Tekla Structures or Revit.

• Structural Detailing: Perform precise detailing for reinforced concrete components, including reinforcement bars (rebar), embeds, connection details, and lifting inserts.

• Coordination & Compliance: Ensure all models and shop drawings comply with project specifications, structural design requirements, and local building codes.

• Timeline Management: Collaborate closely with engineers and the factory production team to deliver high-quality drawing submissions under tight project schedules.

• Ad-Hoc Technical Duties: Assist the engineering department with any other assigned technical functions or documentation as required.
