·         Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design or related field

·         Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in Fashion Design

·         Collaborate with other designers to co-ordinate special products and designs

·         Draft specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements

·         Examine sample costumes on and off models

·         Purchase clothing and accessory items as needed to complete designs

·         Select materials and production techniques to be used for products

·         Visit textile showrooms to keep up-to-date on the latest fabrics

·         Proficiency in English and Chinese are compulsory      

·         Creating or visualizing an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)    

·         Keeping up to date with globally emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes

·         Design, research, source and plan collections for different seasons

·         Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs

·         Responsible for the entire designs process

·         Liaise with suppliers with regards to production and manufacturing

·         Produce innovative designs while retaining the essence of our brand DNA

·         Ensure product quality and align designs with customer preferences

·         Assisting Creative in brainstorming for seasonal collections

·         Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments to offer fresh and inspiring styling ideas

·         Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists for photoshoots

·         Assist in promoting new collections, products, and promotions through social media channels

·         Collaborating with marketing teams to develop social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement

·         To perform any other related hoc duty from management as and when required
