Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, Web or a related field.

• 5 - 7 years of working experience in graphic/creative resign, preferable in creative/media agencies, financial services industry.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across various platforms.

• Experience with various social and digital platforms for advertising and marketing

• Experience in developing concepts in the creative industry

• Proven ability to meet deadlines, devise project completion plans, and execute them promptly

• Advanced skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop visually compelling content across multiple platforms, support marketing and brand campaigns, and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence within the financial service industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team to deliver impactful, consistent, and high-quality visual communications.

Responsibilities:

• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, based on meaningful insights of current market trends and within the financial industry.

• Responsible in defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics for all marketing collaterals.

• Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs for various mediums, including digital, print, social media platforms, website, and email campaigns etc.

• Ensure that content is engaging and consistent across all digital channels. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.

• Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and layouts that appeal to the targeted audiences.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.

• Responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality photography and videography content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and event recap videos.

• Ability to take on additional tasks out of job scope and work cohesively with the team to meet company’s goals and objectives.

• Analyse requirement to determine the type of creatives needed and discuss with brand leads.

• Question briefs where appropriate to push for the most effective solutions.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
