• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in SaaS, EdTech, AI products, or web applications.

• Strong UX thinking, product problem-solving, and end-to-end design experience.

• Proficient in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• A strong UX portfolio demonstrating design process, product thinking, and AI-assisted design work is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EdTech, AI products, LMS, chatbot, or learning platforms.

• Experience conducting UX research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with responsive design and developer handoff.

• Mandarin is an advantage for regional collaboration.

• Lead UX design for AI-powered learning platforms and education products.

• Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.

• Improve existing product experiences through usability analysis and UX enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.

• Utilize AI tools for design ideation, prototyping, image generation, and workflow optimization.

• Prepare UX documentation and ensure design quality throughout implementation.
