Education: Diploma or Degree

Experience: Min 2 years experience in related field or 4+ years in a design role, with a strong portfolio.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D software (is an advantage), and typography.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Work with the Creative Manager to deliver design projects consistent with brand standards.

Stay current with visual trends to maintain creativity and relevance across all platforms.

Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Design and manage social media visuals to enhance brand presence.

Review and provide feedback on work from junior designers

Prepare quotations, PRF, and procurement documents for design and event needs.

Plan and execute event floor layouts, booth setups, and POSM displays for roadshows, trade fairs, and

marketing events.

Oversee setup, dismantling, and maintenance of display assets, ensuring proper storage and organization.

Support the Group Trade Activation Assistant Manager in booth design, site visits, contractor coordination, and supplier sourcing.

Create POSM materials, window displays, and retail visuals for WOWSHOP and other activations.
