Experience in banking sales, preferably bancassurance.

Proven track record in insurance or bancassurance sales.

Several years of sales experience with strong performance results.

Leadership capability and ability to manage a small team.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Possess own transport for work-related travel.

Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers at assigned branches.

Drive bancassurance sales activities and consistently achieve monthly targets.

Lead and support a team of at least 3 Insurance Advisors (IA).

Provide coaching, guidance and motivation to team members to improve sales performance.

Identify new opportunities and strategies to increase insurance penetration within the branch.

Engage with walk-in customers and provide professional financial consultation based on their needs.

Maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Track and report sales performance and pipeline updates regularly.
