Job Description

Requirements

  • 1–3年保险运营/理赔/客户服务经验

  • 具有人寿保险、健康保险或员工福利经验者优先

  • 确保遵守公司政策、标准操作程序 (SOP) 和服务水平协议 (SLA)

  • 支持日常运营和行政任务
