Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Strong project management experience.

Self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).

Proficient in the use of spreadsheet and whole Microsoft office suite.

Proficient in the use of internet for research.

Provide comprehensive administrative support for SSHE activities, including documentation, coordination, timesheets, and general office assistance.

Administer SSHE Consultant agreements and contracts, including new contracts and renewal processes.

Assist in planning and managing work permits and other operational documentation for SSHE Consultants as requested by the Client.

Support the coordination of project activities and daily operations to ensure smooth execution and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor SSHE Consultant schedules and movement to ensure accurate coordination and timely updates.

Assist in planning and managing travel arrangements for SSHE Consultants, including accommodation, transportation, travel documentation, and flight scheduling.

Coordinate and support SSHE-related workshops, training programs, team-building activities, and special events.

Prepare venues, meetings, and training materials, including agendas, presentations, attendance lists, and meeting minutes.

Coordinate meetings, audits, and inspections by preparing required documents, recording minutes, and tracking action items.

Identify opportunities to improve SSHE administrative processes and coordination practices.
