Construction equipment technicians inspect, maintain and repair heavy-duty vehicles used in construction, forestry and earthworks such as bulldozers, excavators and harvesters. They perform evaluations of the equipment, and ensure the safety and optimal efficiency of the machinery.
Livestock workers maintain the health and welfare of animals. They oversee the breeding/production and day-to-day care such as feeding and watering of animals.
• Carry out scheduled / assigned PPM work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted quality guidelines.
• Carry out PPM with approved calibrated test equipment.
• Use correct check list to perform PPM as indicated with appropriate task.
• Where vendors are involved in the services witness the service and also signed of the reports.
Inspection:
• Carry out scheduled / assigned inspection work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted guidelines.
• Use correct check list to perform inspection.
Corrective maintenance which includes breakdown maintenance and emergency maintenance.
• Attend assigned break down calls within the response time as per the contract.
• Ensure that service reports are properly filled with customer approval.
Acceptance safety maintenance testes:
• Carry out assigned acceptance test according to the guidelines from the clinics and company management and ensure that proper documentation is prepared and maintained
• Ensure that assigned acceptance safety maintenance test is properly documented.
Competency Model:
• Ability to work under pressure in tight deadline
• Willing to spend long hours to complete assigned job
