Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

• Registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia.

• Completed Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) training and fulfilled the requirements to become a Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP).

• Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for PRP positions.

• Fully Registered Pharmacists (FRP) with at least 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospital, or community pharmacy are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care.

• Good communication and patient counselling skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiar with Malaysian pharmacy laws and regulations, including the Poisons Act and Dangerous Drugs Act.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage, particularly in Sarawak.

• Professional, ethical, and customer-oriented.

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to be based anywhere in Sarawak, including rural areas if required.

• Willing to relocate or travel between branches within Sarawak when necessary.

• Professional medication dispensing, consultation and counseling

• Manage and record poison and stock inventory

• Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation

• Assist in basic management and team building

• Conduct training and performance assessment of the team

• Train, supervise and monitor sales performance and service

• Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches
