• Material Planning: Align material availability with production schedules to prevent delays or overproduction. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to address material shortages or quality issues.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in material procurement and usage. Generate and present detailed reports on material planning performance to senior management.
• Customer service and client relationship management
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations, follow up on task execution, and ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Manage project warehouse inventory, including stock in/out records, stock counting, inventory tracking, material applications, and inventory control.
Handle daily ad-hoc purchasing for the project site and organize reimbursement documents and related records.
