Operations Supervisor (5 months): You will learn American methodologies for supervising F&B outlet staff; learn to monitor and supervise set up and maintenance of outlets to ensure that they meet standards; assist in the interaction with guests to ensure a positive guest experience; learn to ensure availability of staff, inventories, and equipment to ensure standards are met; learn the process of supervision and coaching of staff; assist with pre-shift meetings; learn process for scheduling team members based on business demands; assist in the completion of productivity reports and requisitions. You will learn to inspect guest rooms and public spaces in Housekeeping department to ensure compliance with all standards; assist in scheduling room, turndown, mini-bar, and linen; learn to supervise performance of all team members; produce schedules for employees following staffing guides/ productivity requirements; review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels; review assignments of employees and make adjustments; manage administrative functions following established standards; evaluate, coach, counsel and provide leadership support.
