What you will be working on

Develop hotel industry transformation initiatives, in line with the Hotels Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Hotel Sustainability Roadmap - with key focus on spurring hotels towards more progressive HR practices, the adoption of manpower development programmes, enhance productivity and raise the value and appeal of hotel-related jobs.

Cultivate relationships with key hotel accounts and understanding their needs and challenges in transforming their businesses. You will have an opportunity to tailor support for key accounts through STB's own programmes and other government schemes to enable hotels to adopt new business models, diversify their offerings and adopt best practices (e.g. in human capital, sustainability efforts, etc). ...
