• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.• Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform fresh content ideas.• Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions in a timely, on-brand manner.• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and occasional content shoots.• Track engagement metrics and provide simple monthly performance reports with recommendations.• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and ad-hoc marketing tasks.
Requirements
• Currently studying or holding a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (fresh graduates and students are welcome).• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.• Good writing and communication skills in English.• Creative, self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.• Able to commit approximately 12–15 hours per week, with flexibility on schedule.
