• Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Creator or Social Media Strategist.

• Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram content strategies.

• Passion or interest in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent storytelling, creative thinking and communication skills.

• Able to generate fresh ideas and collaborate closely with the founder.

• Familiar with social media analytics and performance tracking.

• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple projects.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategistto work directly with our founder in building a strong personal brand within thehealth and wellness industry.

This is more than a content planning role, we're looking for someone who can brainstorm, mastermind and execute ideas together to create engaging and impactful content across YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.

• Brainstorm creative content ideas and campaign concepts with the founder.

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.

• Research trending topics, audience interests and competitors within the health and wellness industry.

• Create content briefs, scripts and storyboards for videos, reels and educational content.

• Work closely with videographers, editors and designers to ensure high-quality content production.

• Ensure content aligns with the brand's vision, messaging and objectives.

• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms and best practices.

• Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement, reach and follower growth.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and collaborations.
